Prince Avocado... is a very charming fruit to man.
He can soothe your intestines, with his fruit he soothes all glands.

He's a very charming fellow, for he's full of vitamin B's.

So eat him in a sandwich, with a English cup of tea.

When you're under stress, his ''B's will do the trick

To calm your nervous system, so you will not get sick.

When your skin is feeling dry, and you don't know what to do.

Blend up a creamy lotion, to smooth wrinkles out for you.

Beet the Beetnik... can really be quite wild.
For a Boogie on your colon, he isn't all that mild.
He can get the muscles groovin' of your colon it is true.
His oxalic acid crystals will move waste right out of you.
He may be irritating to irritations in the bowel.
If you have this type of problem, he's not the best of pals.
My friend Beet the Beetnik is good for staff, and most infections, too.
Make him into a poultice, and he'll draw infections out of you.
For your liver and your spleen, he's so cleansing you will find.
Grate him into a salad, he's so sweet, and oh so kind.
Sprinkle his beet powder on salads, or in a drink.
He brings more iron and oxygen and makes your cheeks bright pink.
He's so high in iron, to beet his bongos on.
So... if you have anemia, take in
his Beatnik song.
